    The path to obtaining the CPOM (Certified Procurement Operations Manager) Certification involves completing the Level 3 online procurement courses and passing the CPOM exam. The CPOM exam is included with your registration.

    What's Included

    Your enrollment in the CPOM Certification Package includes access to the following components for one year.

    Five Online Courses

    The CPOM designation consists of training on five critical performance domains (courses), which are underpinned by 32 competencies and 180 sub-competencies, including:

    Exam Attempt

    A credit to take the CPOM Certification Exam (a savings of $495) is included in your registration fee. If you do not pass the certification exam on the included attempt, you may purchase a retake for an additional fee of $195 US.

    Learning Resources

    During the duration of your access and upon becoming certified as a CPOM, you will have access to all of the templates, worksheets, live and on-demand webinars, and more that are available within the NLPA Learning environment. 

    Instructor Access

    One year of instructor access with prompt responses through our program-specific discussion board. Ask as many questions as needed to assure that you understand the material.

    Certificate and Engraved Award

    Upon completing the CPOM certification program, you may download a certificate of completion from your Member Dashboard. Upon passing the certification exam and earning your CPOM designation, a beautifully engraved award will be sent to you by postal mail. Please note: If you live outside the US, you must pay for shipping to receive an award.

    CPOM-BOK Online Courses

    Complete five self-paced online procurement courses and pass all quizzes with 70% or higher. These courses cover Level 3 of the Certified Procurement Operations Body of Knowledge.

    Certification Exam

    After you have successfully completed each course with a quiz score of 70% or higher, you must take the CPOM Exam. You will not be able to access the exam until you have passed all required courses. The CPOM Exam consists of 72 multiple-choice questions and you will have 72 minutes to complete the exam. It is important that you are able to complete the CPOM Exam in one sitting—you will only have one attempt. 

    If you do not pass the certification exam, you may retake the exam for an additional fee of $195 US.

    This CPOM Package holds 2 products, both of which are accessible under "Package Contents":

    - The CPOM Program (courses), which holds the individual course content (SCORMs, PDFs, quizzes, individual course certificates)
    - The CPOM Exam, which holds an acknowledgment component, the exam itself and a congratulatory message displayed upon passing


    You must complete the program before accessing the exam. You do this by passing the individual course quizzes within the program. Note that when the program has been completed, you may continue to use its contents to review for your exam.

    You will need to activate the exam product from within the package after completing the program quizzes. An "activate" button will be present on the exam product under "Package Contents". But you may only activate it while your package access is still active.

    Following exam activation, you will need to accept the terms/acknowledgment component before making your attempt. This will grant an additional 60 days to take the exam.
