This package grants access to the full CPOS program and exam, along with 2 of the 4 CPOP Program courses.
You must first complete the CPOS Program before accessing the CPOS Exam. To complete the CPOS Program, you must pass all the required individual course quizzes. Interactive and downloadable course content is available in select languages.
After completing these requirements, you will need to activate the exam product from within the package under "Package Contents". An "activate" button option will be present on the exam product.
After activating the exam, you will need to accept the terms/acknowledgment before making your attempt. Completing this acknowledgment step grants an additional 60 days to take the exam.

The CPOS designation consists of training on six critical performance domains (courses), which are underpinned by 48 competencies and 217 sub-competencies, including:

- Data Analytics for Procurement Professionals

- Mastering Procurement Tactics
- Powerful Negotiation for Successful Buying
- Supply Management Contract Writing
The CPOP designation consists of training on four critical performance domains (courses), which are underpinned by 32 competencies and 180 sub-competencies. You will have access to two of these courses:
Exam Attempt
A credit to take the CPOS Certification Exam (a savings of $495) is included in your registration fee. If you do not pass the certification exam on the included attempt, you may purchase a retake for an additional fee of $195 US.

During the duration of your access and upon becoming certified as a CPOS, you will have access to all of the templates, worksheets, live and on-demand webinars, and more that are available within the NLPA Learning environment.
Instructor Access

Certificate
Upon completing the CPOS certification program and passing your certification exam, you may download a certificate of completion from your Member Dashboard.

CPOS-BOK Online Courses
Complete six self-paced online procurement courses and pass all quizzes with 70% or higher. These courses cover Level 1 of the Certified Procurement Operations Body of Knowledge.
Certification Exam
After you have successfully completed each course with a quiz score of 70% or higher, you must take the CPOS (Certified Procurement Operations Specialist) Exam. You will not be able to access the exam until you have passed all required courses. The CPOS Exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions and you will have 90 minutes to complete the exam. It is important that you are able to complete the CPOS Exam in one sitting—you will only have one attempt.
If you do not pass the certification exam, you may retake the exam for an additional fee of $195 US.

The CPOS (Certified Procurement Operations Specialist) certification examination is a vital component of earning the procurement specialist credential. The examination consists of 90 challenging multiple-choice questions and you will have 90 minutes to complete the exam. It is important that you are able to complete the CPOS Exam in one sitting—you will only have one attempt.
