He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.

Jim de Vries, Founder and CEO of Enhance International Group, is an executive growth MBB, supply chain risk and resiliency architect, and skilled thought leader with more than 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through his ability to facilitate teams and drive improvement. His experience encompasses financial, commercial, CRM, services, IT, call centers, security, transportation, automotive, power systems, oil and gas, nuclear energy, research and development, government, and electronics industries.

Jim Gitney is the Founder and CEO of Group50® and a member of the CompTIA Blockchain Advisory Council. He has over 30 years of experience in world-class companies such as GE, Black & Decker, Sunbeam, and Rain Bird and is considered a business and product strategy expert. His background includes running large operations in multiple facilities both in the US and abroad. Jim’s background covers various industries including consumer and industrial products, the internet, government, aerospace, healthcare, professional services, and high-tech.

Jim is also a performance management expert and has written numerous articles on the subject. During his career, Jim has had multiple C-level assignments and his experience includes Executive Chairman, Board Member, CEO, business development, marketing/sales, and operations. His professional experience is complemented by a BSME from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Gannon University.

Bruce Imel is the Managing Partner of Flow Consulting responsible for the day-to-day operations of Flow’s world-class Lean capability. Bruce is a proven leader in supply chain and technology management, with a highly successful track record of process improvement and cost reduction through the implementation of best practices in process and technology. For over 20 years, Bruce has worked with clients to create efficient and responsive supply chains through improved strategies, processes, and technology deployments. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with Honors from the University of Florida. 

David Millington is the Director of Education for Next Level Purchasing Association and a Certified Strategic Planning Professional. With over 18 years of experience, David brings hands-on experience at VP, Director, and Manager levels, guiding and facilitating the development of strategic and tactical solutions to intricate organizational, product, and service challenges.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems Management from the New England College of Business, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified New Product Development Professional, Certified Strategic Planning Professional, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
