Ron is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having helped train and certify thousands of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts and driving hundreds of $millions in value for clients. He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.

Wayne Fisher

Ph.D.

Wayne Fisher, Ph.D., founded Rockdale Innovation after retiring from P&G in 2012. While at P&G, Wayne created a series of popular innovation workshops for all phases of new product development. He has trained thousands of managers, providing a common language and framework for innovation, fostering collaboration across P&G’s diverse business units and regions. Prior to retiring, he served as a full-time creativity consultant and innovation facilitator at The GYM, an IDEO-inspired design studio in West Chester and a key enabler of P&G’s innovation capability.

Wayne is also active in the Product Development and Management Association, where he serves on the Outstanding Corporate Innovator selection committee. He is Past President of the Tri-State Chapter.

Wayne received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and has been granted 16 US patents.

Michael O'Connor

Dr. Michael O’Connor, Ph.D., MSPM, MSTM, MBA, is the Director, Strategy and Project Management with Medtronic Corporate Science and Technology. He has over 27 years of professional experience in the Medical Device industry and his corporate experience includes 3M and Pfizer. He was selected as an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Fellow, Medtronic Technical Fellow, an American Academy of Project Management (AAPM) Fellow, an Association of Project Management (APM) Fellow, and Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) Fellow. 

He received his Bachelor in Project Management, holds Graduate degrees in Project Management, Technology Management, and Business Administration and earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, majoring in Project Management. He is also an NPDP, PMP®, PgMP®, IPMA-B Certified, CPD, MPM, CIPM, and CPRM.

Ernie Harris is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Interesting Blazer, a product and innovation management consulting firm specializing in early-stage business growth, product launches, portfolio rationalization, and pricing analysis. Ernie is the current President of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA)—a global professional association with chapters in more than 30 countries. Ernie holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Ernie has been at the heart of transformation in several industries.

He is former VP and CIO for a $2.2B division of a global conglomerate, a Supply Chain Information Officer for a $28B multi-national and an eCommerce subcommittee chairman for an international standards organization. Kendall has also worked for a large IT outsourcer, two of the three largest software companies in the world, and has consulted in developing IT solutions and business service processes for more than 30 years. Kendall brings expertise in aligning manufacturing with business services, supply chain, IT, and aligning them to business strategy.
