Ron Crabtree has over 30 years’ experience in organizational & business innovation and transformation and along the way, more than 20 years in procurement and supply chain. Ron is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having helped train and certify thousands of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts and driving hundreds of $millions in value for clients. He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.

As Vice President of Industry Strategy at Kinaxis, Madhav brings many years of experience in Supply Chain Management across various industries. Madhav started his professional career at i2 (which was later acquired by JDA). During his 17+ year tenure at i2/JDA, Madhav played numerous roles in customer support, consulting, presales, and product management. During his illustrious career, he was instrumental in helping enable numerous large scale transformational supply chain opportunities. He is very passionate about Supply Chain Management and the role it plays in making the world a better place. He shares this passion with others through his engagements and writings. 

Madhav has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. Madhav received the Supply Chain Pro to Know recognition in 2017 by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.

Paul Bohr has over 30 years of experience delivering executive-level consulting to leading companies in government, aerospace, chemical, automotive, consulting, communications, medical and service industries. Paul has developed extensive experience working domestically and internationally as a leader, instructor, coach, project practitioner, consultant, and engagement director with many high performing organizations. 

Mark Berlin, VP of Sourcing and Supply Chain, Elite Airline Services, has 20+ years of end-to-end procurement and supply chain experience working for Fortune 500 and PE-owned firms. He brings expertise in helping clients design end-to-end IT Ecosystems using IoT and big data analytics to drive customer service, earnings, and sales improvements.

David Millington is the Director of Education for Next Level Purchasing Association and a Certified Strategic Planning Professional. With over 18 years of experience, David brings hands-on experience at VP, Director, and Manager levels, guiding and facilitating the development of strategic and tactical solutions to intricate organizational, product, and service challenges.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems Management from the New England College of Business, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified New Product Development Professional, Certified Strategic Planning Professional, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
