His background includes running large operations in multiple facilities both in the US and abroad. Jim’s background covers various industries including consumer and industrial products, the internet, government, aerospace, healthcare, professional services, and high-tech.

Jim is also a performance management expert and has written numerous articles on the subject. During his career, Jim has had multiple C-level assignments and his experience includes Executive Chairman, Board Member, CEO, business development, marketing/sales, and operations. His professional experience is complemented by a BSME from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Gannon University.

Veronica is a seasoned global business consultant with over twenty years of experience working with C-level executives for Multinational and U.S. Manufacturing Companies. She is an expert in facilitating the startup process of a maquiladora thru the fast track “Shelter” option in Mexico. Specifically, she works on the cost models, options on setting up in Mexico and timeline for US multinationals. Veronica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University and received a certificate from the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Foundation held at USC.

Karen King is the Founder and CEO of Fronterra Global Advisory, a boutique consultancy firm. She helps in conducting supply network risk assessments, government audits, and setting up import/export functions that reduce cost and improve compliance in their global supply chains. Karen holds a degree in economics and is a licensed US Customs broker and a graduate of Duke University.

Ron Crabtree has over 30 years’ experience in organizational & business innovation and transformation and along the way, more than 20 years in procurement and supply chain. Ron is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having helped train and certify thousands of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts and driving hundreds of $millions in value for clients. He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.
